2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (20 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained
1 (15 ounce) can packed organic corn kernels
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, divided
1 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Sandwich the beef and onion into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and brown, stirring occasionally; cook 1 minute.
Bake ham in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Drain hot ham; drain on paper towels.
