This was ok. I had to adjust several things. first, I used LARGER TUBE OF COOKIE WHEAT than called for. This causes the topping to be a bit thin. Second, I sprinkled extra sugar on the top before baking. This gets around the cookie dough issues. Third, I left out the vanilla. But maybe next time I will add it. Fourth, I ended up with 48 jumbo shrimps. I threw them in the freezer for a couple of hours and then fried them in 1tablespoon of butter. I might cut back on the flour next time and also add garlic powder. Fifth, I left out the nuts. Just left everything out. Sixth, I used vegetable oil instead of vegetable shortening. Will definitely make this again.
