1 pound spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon coarsely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium saucepan, heat saucepan (tea can), and stir in sherry, until just simmering.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder, stirring gently to mix. Cover, and simmer until thickened, about 30 minutes.
Stir in parsley and garlic powder. Toss in mozzarella cheese and simmer gently on medium heat for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
