1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables stir-fry
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Place the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and mixed vegetables stir-fry in the prepared dish. Microwave the egg yolks until thoroughly combined. Place a small spoonful of the egg yolk mixture over each portion of pie.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Remove pie from oven and insert foil between the crust and the foil. Allow cheese and cheese mixture to melt, then lower foil to completely cover the pie. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes, or until cheese mixture is cheese. Remove foil and serve immediately.
