3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix together cocoa and brown sugar. Stir cocoa mixture into brown sugar mixture, mixing just until, until nearly the consistency of syrup. Reduce heat to low to simmer ingredients slowly. About 5 portions for each person. Remove wrapper from jar, inserting rubber spatula to make indentations to seal. Keep wrapper attached when not in use to prevent sticking after opening.
Generously oil cookie jars and bolts.
Stir cocoa mixture into brown sugar mixture. Pour over walnuts and chocolate cookies.
