1 cup white sugar
1 cup corn syrup
2 cups brown sugar
1 quart beef broth
1 quart milk
3 tablespoons butter
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the white sugar, corn syrup, brown sugar, broth and milk. Stir gently until sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat, and pour into a large double boiler filled with ice. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place marshmallow creme in bottom of 9-inch medium glass dish. Pour marshmallow creme into greased 9-inch pie pan. Arrange 1/2 cup of crumble over creme.
Top half of pudding with the crumble and spread butter over pudding. Pour remaining pudding over marshmallow creme. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
