1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the chicken parts in a medium bowl and rub with the flour, salt, olive oil, and paprika. Form the chicken into 1-inch pieces, and place in the mushroom gravy. Season with garlic, thyme, and parsley.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Turn chicken pieces, and serve hot.
