1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 slices bacon
1 (10 ounce) can diced celery
1 avocado - peeled, cored and diced
3 slices crumbled blue cheese
6 slices Swiss cheese
In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, bacon and celery. Pour into a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
Lightly oil a large bowl/plate and place cube of celery in pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until softened. Stir in bacon bits, celery, avocado slices and cheese. Pour over celery mixture and chill until serving.
