3 pounds ground beef
2 (15 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes
2 onions, diced
1/3 cup chopped black olives
1 (1 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
Place the beef into a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown on all sides. Drain grease from skillet and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, combine the tomatoes, onions, black olives, chili seasoning packet and shredded cheese in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly.
