2 teaspoons ground white sugar
1 (16 ounce) can canned peeled and diced applesauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) can condensed milk
1 pint hot Italian rum
1 pint peppercorn malt
1 pint chicken bouillon
Place sugar in a large, heavy bottomed glass pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is held together. Remove pan from heat and stir in applesauce, garlic and milk. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is thickened. Cool to room temperature. Serve at room temperature. Cut into portions.
Mix together the coffee grounds, sugar, apple cider, rum, peppercorn malt and chicken bouillon. Serve over meat or vegetable.
