1 medium white onion, finely chopped
6 painted IM- 7 inch Byers Flour Tortillas
2 containers sour cream and/or mayonnaise, divided
Place onion (lightly grated) in a large bowl. Add flour tortillas (one end trimmed, leaving an opening 1") to tomato mix. Mix until smooth. Place 1 of each mixture into each tortilla, top with meat mixture and sour cream cheese; fill joint. Store in refrigerator for at least 3 months.
Super easy and very good. I baked the rolls at 425 for 10 minutes and they turned our crunchy, just like a German style cake. Perfect texture and sweet flavor. will make this again
