2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup butter
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
8 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blueberries with sliced almonds
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and sweetener. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat; add chocolate and brown sugar mix well. Return mixture to the pan with the chocolate mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate mixture is melted, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in blueberries and almonds. Pour into prepared cookie sheet. Place 2 cookies onto each cookie sheet.
