2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup hot water
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons strawberry juice

Melt chocolate in small saucepan, stirring constantly until smooth. Set aside. Heat water in microwave or heavy bottomed glass dish over low heat. Pour milk into bottom of glass dish and stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in hot water and hot milk. Pour egg mixture into chocolate mixture. Stir in orange juice, lemon juice and strawberry juice. Cook and stir until mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours. Serve over ice cream.
