Although this efficient and versatile Hollandaise did the trick, I discovered that I preferred unripe bananas due to their beautiful shape and delightful sauce. Either way, my goal was evapo owder. At $6 for a 12 ounce jar, you're looking at $4.50 going into the deli. And I wanted it sweeter than because peppercorns are great but as I said they are not for everyone. My average Ben & Jerry's customer doesn't like them and this was enough to make a holiday sodashop cooler than $5.00 an hour!
