1 (19 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (4 ounce) jar diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
1 pint cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package chopped cooked ham
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream cheese, ham, onion, celery, carrots, spinach, whipped topping, and pudding mix.
Bake pie at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 60 minutes, or untilĀ golden. Cool before serving.
