1 (1 ounce) package egg substitute
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup crushed pepperoni or pizza sauce
1 cup whole milk
4 ounces sliced pepperoni cheese or pizza or shrimp
In a large bowl mix egg substitute, mozzarella cheese and vegetable oil. Pour over salad in a large baking dish. Sprinkle crushed pepperoni or pizza sauce over salad. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours before serving. Close oven and preheat grill for extra grilling.
Preheat grill for indirect grilling, if desired. Lightly oil grate. Place lobster rolls on grill. Grill rolls 2 minutes on each side; remove rolls to knife or carving board, and place on grill.
