1/2 cup chopped candied cherries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg white
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can marshmallow creamer
1 teaspoon lemon extract
8 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix cherries, vanilla smooth, butter, eggs, sugar, flour, egg white, cream cheese and whipping cream. Beat 25 times or until batter is golden brown.
In a medium bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Beat in 2 1/2 cup whipped cream and lemon juice.
Transfer 1/2 of the chopped cherries into the pie shell. Spread half of the lemon filling into the bottom of the pie pan. Fill pie shell with half of the chocolate filling and tie up with toothpicks or a ribbon.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
