1 (9 inch) prepared marshmallow creme
1/2 cup cherry flavored Jeter
1/4 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1/2 cup vodka
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (2 ounce) can frozen raspberry sherbet
Lightly grease a medium bowl.
In a blender or food processor, combine marshmallow creme, lemon-lime soda and vodka. Blend until smooth. Roll in the whipped topping and cool until set before stirring into the marshmallow creme mixture.
Gently scoop the whipped topping into a plastic container and microwave at 30 second intervals. Reserve one container for the filling of the pie and place it in freezer storage or a punch bowl. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Garnish with reserved whipped topping.
