1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup apples - peeled, cored and sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Beat cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, white sugar and eggs until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract, lemon juice, pecans and apples. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
