6 fluid ounces orange juice
6 fluid ounces apple juice
1/2 orange
2 oranges, zested and juiced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
3 tomatoes, halved
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
In a heavy skillet over medium heat, mix orange juice, apple juice, orange zest, lemon juice, tomatoes and Italian dressing.
Return mixture to pan, and cook, stirring, until mixture comes to a full, bright orange turn. Transfer mixture, along with juice of 2 oranges, lemonade, lemon rind, carrot and celery to the prepared container. Pour mixture over pasta dish.
