Spinach and Cream Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust, divided

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

6 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

6 eggs

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove foil from pie pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, milk, parsley, eggs and cream cheese. Beat well. Pour mixture into pie pan.

Bake pie in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until filling is set and crust is golden brown. Allow to cool.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla extract and lemon zest in medium bowl until smooth. Beat in light cream cheese mixture until blended. Cool slightly. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over pie. Chill until serving.
