6 bananas, peeled and sliced
5 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3 ounce) can sliced pecans
Preheat oven on broiler setting.
Place bananas, tomatoes, butter, eggs and milk in the form of an ice cube tray, on to a large serving plate.
Bake in preheated oven until bananas are just tender, about 8 minutes. Serve warm, or cool slightly. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes to soften. Fill pie with fruit mixture. Fill pie with pecans.
