1 pound ground beef
1 egg
5 tablespoons chili powder
2 cups canned sweet beans, drained
1 cup brown rice
1 cup green beans, drained
4 green onions, sliced
1 (5 ounce) can taco seasoning packet, dissolved in hot water
Preheat oven to 400-450 degrees F (200-230 degrees C).
Boil, stir or stir beef, then drain. In large bowl, combine ground beef, egg and chili powder. Fathom the mixture first then stir in sweet beans and rice.
In bread bowl, combine soup and taco seasoning packets. Fold mixture into meat mixture. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, using 2 meat cups for slightly larger casserole. Cover, and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
