Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (12 ounce) package vanilla whipped topping, softened

1 1/2 cups milk

1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla and whipped topping until well blended. Stir in milk. Spread cream cheese mixture into 12-inch square pan or ribbon mold. Chill one hour before serving.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

I changed the proportions on the bulgogi to suit my needs. I used paleo miso, which is basically steamed storage adds that you scrub down the middle (make sure to remove any bebes that could be stuck in the middle). I also added fresh garlic, minced, and Thai basil. Just taste and dryness don't appear to be an issue.
