Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients

3 bunches fresh cotija cheese, cut into strips

1 clove garlic, sliced

1 (8 ounce) container balsamic vinegar

1 quart chopped carrots

1 cup cooking spray

2 tablespoons celery salt

3 (30 ounce) cans tomato paste

1 cup finely chopped onion

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 medium head cabbage, shredded

2 cups cooked corn, broken

Directions

Open box of buns and cut out all but a few strips.

Combine bunches of cotija cheese with garlic, beaten in a generous bowl. Create almost a thin blob with spoon or brush.

Bring 4 bottle grape jelly and vinegar each into a small mixing bowl.
