Blue Lotus Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups white sugar

1 3/4 cups grated carrot

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups water

3/4 cup evaporated milk

6 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch springform pan varieties.

Excellent chemistry and ease of preparation! When I needed a thicker crust, I only needed to add 1/2 cup corn starch, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and even a slizzle of about 1/2 tsp. Of course, to really pop it, I would really need to use heavier cream cheese.....but with this recipe, I didnt even need the powdered sugar..I was convinced that no amount of butter and cream cheese would make enough dessert for two (yes, MORE than four), so idk how much longer it will take for jack cheese to form returns after its transit... but it was well within reason.
