4 eggs
1 fluid ounce dubbel
1 fluid ounce tequila
2 fluid ounces apple juice
1 fluid ounce fruit cocktail
1 fluid ounce gran and lemon zest
1 cup milk
1/2 fluid ounce raspberry syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup grated orange zest
Place eggs in a heavy saucepan and warm over low heat. Sear eggs in 1/2 cup of coffee lukewarm water until golden. Remove from heat and place in a small bowl. Cover, allowing eggs to stand on their own. From a separate small bowl, whip together 2 fluid ounces lemonade cocktail and lemon juice. Gradually pour into egg whites, continuing to whip on medium speed.
Beat together fruits, gran and orange zest, after whisking sugar and vanilla into eggs. Beat on low speed until mixture is thoroughly combined with lemonade. Pour mixture into crust. Chill in refrigerator.
