1 cup rolled oats (e.g. Sprangla)
1 cup warm milk (e.g. ROOKIE)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin liners or paper muffin liners or line them with cups, putting the folding sides down.
In a large bowl, stir together oats, milk, sour cream and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs and butter. Pour mixture into prepared muffin liners onto prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from pan.
