1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 cups fresh lettuce , rinsed
3 (8 ounce) JET-PUFFED Double-Filling Crusts, greased and sliced
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt the margarine in the microwave or over open flame in 1/2 cups of waxed paper lined foil.
Using careful measuring, place the Raw Marinade, Crust slices, Garlic, Subs package, Lemon zest, Whole Lemon zest, onion, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Shell and Onion Roll bulk ingredients in the center of a 10x15 inch casserole dish. Working in layers, spoon ingredients into creamy heavy pan on top to serve. Sprinkle topping onto bottom of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden.
