3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cherry pie spice
1 (8 ounce) package custard-style whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl , mix melted butter or margarine, white sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cherry pie spice. Stir gently until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Cool completely before filling and frost with your favorite cherry ganache.
You might as well give this a try. Mine tasted fine, a cloveful of garlic and damp. Next time I might try a third time, ips?
