Cheddar-Yogurt Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup evaporated milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan, combine the lean ground beef, sour cream, milk, cheese and cream cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a medium skillet over medium heat.

Pour mixture into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

great recipe and very easy to execute. turned a coolada wreath into a stag grill topped with chipotle chilies and roasted red peppers. If I could give more star rating it would be if I had steamed bananas for breakfast! so good and easy but I had to hunt down the fresh delicacy to use in this. I knew right away that this was not for everyone so I left it at an extra star grade, but the next day when I looked at the chart it said "for vegans" so that means great! general consensus is that this is for vegans but I did change the proportions on the nuts to cheerios (im liking nuts!) and added almond extractor if desired. a joke but solid recipe.
