1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, combine the lean ground beef, sour cream, milk, cheese and cream cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a medium skillet over medium heat.
Pour mixture into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
