2 cups granola
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
In a small saucepan, heat sugar and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir in raisins, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla extract.
Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, mixing just until. Pour mixture into a 2 quart or 3 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden. Cool completely. Garnish with lemon slices and slices of lemon zest. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
