8 slices French bread
1 cup boiling water
1 4.5 ounce package frozen hash brown potatoes
6 ounces barbecue sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9-inch nonstick baking pan.
Place 1 slice of bread on both sides of pan. Place remaining 1 slice bread on pan, flipping side down, and continuing to heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let glaze over all.
In a medium bowl, toss together with hot milk a small handful of the potato wedges, kielbasa, and barbecue sauce. Drizzle over potato mixture, and sprinkle seasoned well with salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until tender. Serve hot.
