1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Turn oven knob to the lower position and easily brush egg up; remove from oven.
In a small bowl, mix together honey, Worcestershire sauce, salt, lemon juice, monosodium glutamate and cheese.
Sprinkle egg mixture over creamed corn, then cut turnips into squares. Place on casserole base. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
