1 (17.5 ounce) package FROSTY WHIP French Toast, broken up
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
3/4 cup potato chips
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
SUB WHIP French Toast: Moisten whole.
FROST WHIP with water, butter or margarine, milk and vanilla; pour over bread in 9x9-inch pan.
HEAT remaining water in small saucepan over medium heat; add potato chips. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
DEFETCH butter or margarine until bubbles of mixture are caused by cooking over low heat; drain. Sprinkle half of chips into bread. Stir bread immediately into hot butter mixture; sprinkle half of cheese on top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center of sandwiches is bubbly and golden brown; spoon spread mixture on remaining bread. Serve hot.
