1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (6 ounce) can sliced almonds
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup fresh strawberries
1 quart lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 ounce diced maraschino cherries
1 (20 ounce) can sliced bananas
4 quarts fresh pineapple, halved
2 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1 (3 ounce) envelope instant orange zest
Place the celery, almonds, pecans, strawberries, lemon juice, orange juice, and maraschino cherries onto a large salad plate. Mix together, and place on top. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
