1 (4 ounce) package chicken wing salad mix
1/4 cup olive juice
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup honey
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pinch dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch dried sage
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped sunflower seeds
In a large bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, oregano and honey. Mix until well combined. Place celery, onions and rosemary into the bowl; mix in the honey, garlic powder, oregano, tarragon and salt. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Spread tarragon mixture over chicken and celery slices. Garnish with sliced almonds and sunflower seeds.
