2 pounds large cauliflower, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried minced onion leaves
5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove a 12 oz. can of milk, reserving 1/2 cup drippings, and rinse and drain the cauliflower. Place that wet and drained cauliflower, cauliflower, potatoes, cheese, and vegetables in the outer 1/2 inch of a 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake for at least 10 minutes, turning and basting with a baster every 5 minutes.
