1 tablespoon margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg whites
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream cheese and margarine. Beat egg whites in a small bowl, then slowly add sugar and cream cheese mixture back to first: beat until stiff and glossy. Spread jelly-like mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely. Using a toothpick or knife, small enter holes in the warmed cookies. Let cool completely before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
