2 eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups orange juice
2 cups milk
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, oil, sugar and flour. Beat in flour, baking powder and orange juice. Stir into batter; blend just enough to come together. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. Cool cake entirely.
Collect spoons and gather orange and lemon zest. Fill and frost cake with peel. Store in refrigerator.
