1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 ounce) can strong brewed blackberry preserves
3 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons beef or chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 5 minutes. Stir in blackberry preserves, lime juice, and beef or chicken soup. Stirring thoroughly, cook until light and thick; about 1 minute. Pour over chicken.
Perform few rub rubs at the same time on the center and inside of sliced chicken breasts. Form bread slices to serve. Place bread slices on rice. Cover, and steam but do not boil. Remove bread from pan, and plop onto a plate. Serve with Lemon Fatula Sauce.
