2 1/2 cups apple cider
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons orange extract
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon lemon extract
3/4 cup white sugar
1 dash vanilla extract
Peel apple and juice halves and place in a 1/2 cup bowl. Swirl sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and lemon extract in remaining apple and juice. Place in sterilized jars. Seal and shake to coat.
Combine cider, honey and vanilla in 2 glass jars and marinate using large glass funnel. Refrigerate 2 hours, or until set.
Sprinkle 1 cup of syrup and lemon zest over almonds and pecans. Refrigerate peach and strawberry halves until set.
Melt cinnamon syrup in medium skillet. Stir cider into melted syrup.
Sprinkle peach and strawberry halves on apple crumbs.
