1 (2 litre) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups water
4 bananas
2 limes
5 cups chopped almonds
6 egg whites
3 prunes
1 1/4 teaspoons creme de menthe extract
In a small saucepan, combine evaporated milk, water, bananas, lime, almonds and egg whites. Bring to a mild smoking temperature.
Cool, and blend until thickened. Pour mixture into custard or glass serving dishes and spoon cream into individual mailer mixtures. Serve on top of chocolate cake.
