I calculated that about 20 min late because my oven does not seem to be calibrated for wet/dry times. But other than that, it turned out perfectly. It sat in the oven for about 35-40 minutes and then took about 20-25 minutes to brown. Once it was nice and dark, I took it out and practically stripped it down to the bones--crumbling under the pressure of the brownies. As I type this, the crust is pretty crisp but the sides need some shaking out. Will try with fresh spinach next time.
