Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup water

1 cup butter, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

Arrange half of the cheeses in the bottom of each muffin cup. Spread half of the cheese mixture on top (see Figure 1). Sprinkle half of the remaining cheese on bottom to make a sandwich.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until warm. Cool.

In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup milk, butter, cream cheese mixture, cheese, and remaining cheese. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the cream cheese sandwich, cover, and refrigerate overnight at least 4 hours before serving.
