Easy Buffalo Cranberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients

8 fluid ounces milk

1 (20 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

2 (8 ounce) containers frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (8 ounce) package custard mix

1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup white sugar for garnish

Directions

In a large bowl, combine milk, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, custard mix and pudding mix. Mix until thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into pie shell. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Rotate edges of bottom of pie shell to allow glaze to set.

After several hours, peel off peel and cut into 9 inch squares. Spread remaining gelatin over serving, flipping once. Refrigerate until serving for best results. Garnish each slice with a scoop of lemon glaze.

I have made this bread countless times--the first gone bad fast. The second went great. The first thing to do is test the water temperature before pressing. The last thing to do is let rise in the fridge--6 hours is plenty for most people. I stayed away from lemon juice, as I do not like it.
