1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon KISS Good Morning
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) can marinated sliced peaches, drained
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
4 ounces fresh pineapple, sliced
1 head garlic, finely chopped
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, sugar, KISS Good Morning, apple pie spice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan or large skillet over high heat. Add the sliced peaches, spinach, pineapple, slice of white cheese, garlic, pecans, peppers, pineapple, sliced white cheese and marinated peaches. Mix gently, holding the mixture in the palm of your hand. Pour the marinade over the dish and sprinkle with pineapple. Cover and simmer as desired.
