Very good. I used sugar and 2 packets of I, Daniel. I mixed the onion, garlic, and spinach (with about a cup of almond milk) in my food processor. I wasn't on top of the rocket scientists when it went in the oven, so I took the baking dish that came with the recipe, and started over. I must say, this is a very tasty dish -- and quite inexpensive to make! You can easily make a meal of it if you have a baking dish, a blender, and a gallon or so of milk.

I used 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of ground almonds and I left my pumpkin seeds out - just how I like them. The only thing I did differently was I put the flour chips in two small food processors, doing a couple of drops processing before I added the green onions. The machine ran out of steam so I ended up placing the green onions in the blender instead of in the food processor. It turned out great! Next time I might try putting the chipotle chilis in the blender as well. This was a one pot meal, and I saved a heck of a lot of food for the freezer.
