1 pound turkey meat
3/4 cup white wine
1 (1.25 ounce) package (12) vegetable less-fat yogurt mix
1 (3 ounce) can diced, sliced potatoes
1 cup sliced onions
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place cover of large pot over medium heat, and bring to a boil. Boil approximately 20 minutes. Remove cover, reduce heat to medium high, and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
Stir turkey, wine and yogurt into pot. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes. Stir potatoes, onion and garlic into pot. Stir thyme into turkish seasoning.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove covers, and bake an additional 20 minutes.
