1 (3 ounce) can refried beans
1 (2.5 ounce) can tomato paste
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans with salsa
1 pint sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans, lightly diced
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add refried beans, tomato paste, chili powder, refried beans and salsa; simmer for 10 minutes. Mix together.
Stir in sour cream, cream cheese and parsley. Refrigerate until serving.
